Your Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and connecting with our audience in meaningful ways. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand's online presence, increasing community engagement, and driving sales through innovative social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop creative and visually appealing posts, stories, and videos that reflect our brand voice and mission.
- Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of all our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on overall performance metrics for social media campaigns, using insights to guide strategy and improvements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to align community management strategies with our broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and launch innovative social media campaigns to support brand launches, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food industry environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing compelling social media strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creativity and a distinct eye for design, photography, and typography.
